How can I make a reservation?

Reservations are available through Tock and are released one month prior. For example, April reservations will be open on March 1st. Click here to reserve your experience. 

Can I see what is on the menu?

Inicio features a coursed tasting menu that will change throughout the year. We do not release this menu in advance, however if you have dietary restrictions or allergies, we are happy to do our best to accommodate. Please email reservations@iniciorestaurant.com to let us know of any dietary restrictions.

What is a “tasting menu”?

A tasting menu is a selection of the chef’s signature dishes, showcasing his skills, techniques and preferences. The portions are smaller than usual, so you can experience multiple dishes and keep your palate excited and stimulated throughout the meal. For any restaurant that offers a tasting menu, it is a perfect way to experience the chef’s true vision and pallet.

Can I cancel my booking for a refund?

All sales are final and non-refundable. With at least 72 hours notice, we are happy to transfer your booking to an approved future date within the calendar year.

What happens if I am running late?

Contact our guest coordinators at 706.922.9463 if you are running late. Please note that arriving more than ten minutes late may result in missing part or possibly all of your experience. Because we have our second seating, we ask that you are mindful of a prompt arrival to enjoy your full experience.

Can I reschedule my booking?

We are able to reschedule your booking with at least 72 hours advance notice. After that time, we are unable to accommodate changes. Please note all sales are final and non-refundable. With at least 72 hours notice, we are happy to reschedule your booking to a future date within the calendar year.

Can I book different sizes than what is offered on TOCK?

Please email reservations@iniciorestaurant.com with your desired date and group size, and a member of our Guest Relations Team will assist you. Please note, Inicio’s intimate setting has a maximum guest size of 10 guests at a time.

Can You accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

Yes, we are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions with at least three days’ notice. During the booking process via exploretock.com, you will be asked to complete our Pre-Visit Questionnaire, please indicate any allergies, dietary restrictions, or aversions you or your guests may have. If you have questions about a specific request, please email reservations@iniciorestaurant.com.

Do you have a dress code?

We kindly ask our guests to observe our business casual dress code. The following items are not permitted: athletic wear (including tank tops, t-shirts, sneakers), beachwear (including flip flops), frayed or ripped jeans, baseball caps, large bags and backpacks. We also ask that gentlemen remove their hats when entering the dining room.

Still looking for more details on what to wear? Sportcoats and blazers for gentlemen are the norm in our dining room but are not required, paired with jeans (no rips), dress slacks, polos, and casual button-down shirts. For ladies, a dress, skirt, causal dress pants, or jeans (no rips) with a stylish top will work perfectly. 

Inicio Fragrance Policy.

Inicio is a multi-sensory experience in an intimate setting, and perfume and cologne can often be disruptive to the experience of others. We ask that you be mindful of strong wearing fragrances while dining as it may negatively impact the experience.

Are children allowed?

Due to the elevated nature of Inicio, we do not advise bringing children since we require all Inicio guests to participate in the tasting menu. If you feel your child is age-appropriate and mature enough to enjoy and appreciate a multi-course tasting experience, we welcome them. We do not allow infants, toddlers, or young children.

BEVERAGE PAIRING FAQ

What are the BEVERAGE pairings?

Beverage pairings tailored to each experience will be available to order tableside. 

We are currently offering the following options:

Wine Pairing: $90.00 per person
Premium Pairing: $160.00 per person Zero Proof Pairing: $80.00 per person

Prices exclude service fee and tax. Please note that all guests partaking in the wine program must enjoy the same level of pairing (except for the zero proof pairings), however, not all guests need to purchase a wine pairing.

In addition to pairings, we offer an extensive list of wines by the bottle or glass a la carte. For more information on the wine program at Inicio, please email the hospitality team at reservations@iniciorestaurant.com.

What are the differences in each wine pairing level?

Whenever possible, the Sommeliers offer examples of the same style of wine. These selections can range from regional varietals to single-vineyard bottles (smaller production, higher uniqueness, and name recognition), to prized vintages.

Our sommeliers ensure that each guest partaking in a pairing will have a similar experience in terms of style and compatibility with the menu, but the higher the pairing level, the more exclusive and unique the experience.

Do I need to purchase wine pairings in advance?

We do offer wine pairing options online through Tock, but they will also be available to add-on tableside.

What is your corkage policy?

Per the policy set in place by the Chef, we are happy to allow outside wine with a $45 corkage fee per bottle.
